SeaAdviser reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify the services at any time and without prior notice. If we modify these Terms, we will post the modification on the Site or via the Services or provide you with notice of the modification. We will also update the "Last Updated Date" at the top of these Terms. Any changes will become effective immediately upon your acceptance of the modified Terms, whether by, without limitation, creating a Listing or requesting the booking of an Group Tour. If the modified Terms are not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the Services.
When a user books a reservation for an activity through the Website, SeaAdviser collects their payment information and processes their payment. There is no charge or service fee for processing credit or debit card payments. Full payment by credit or debit card is required to make a reservation. Payment will be listed as SeaAdviser on the credit or debit card statement. No refunds are available once an activity has commenced. Canceling a booking with SeaAdviser can result in cancellation fees being applied by SeaAdviser, as outlined below. Additional fees may be levied by the individual supplier or tour operator.
If you cancel at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
If you cancel between 3 and 6 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is a 50% cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
